Specialist Housing

Next Stage have a close relationship with My Space who are a specialist housing association that provides individuals with a home that is suitable to their own specific needs. Each property is sourced taking into account the needs and desires of the service user, care co-ordinator and any other relevant individuals that will ensure the individual has a successful tenancy. It has been proven that the location of the property is crucial to the ongoing progress of an individual and as such My Space aim to source all of their properties in the best possible community environments for each individual.

As a minimum, My Space will provide each service user with their own home, with at least two bedrooms. This means they do not have to share their home with anyone, but allows for trusted family and friends to spend time with them at their home. All of the sourced properties will be ideally freshly decorated and carpeted, have heating, a fully fitted kitchen, and a three piece bathroom and will be fully furnished.
