Next Stage’s In-house Training

Next Stage run over 100 training courses per year and although we have an innovative approach to health and social care training we do believe that traditional classroom based  face to face courses are an important part of what we do.

We specialise in delivering enjoyable, engaging and relevant training days that have an impact on how we support our service users, our objective is to support each member of staff on their own learning and development journey within Next Stage.

This can be through a variety of different courses after induction which may include supporting individuals with mental health, awareness of autism, drugs and alcohol to name just a few, alongside these each member of staff will dependent  on their job role have the opportunity to undertake a QCF qualification. We are our own accredited centre and deliver qualifications using both traditional systems and e-portfolio for those who prefer to use technology.

Once you have completed your probationary period your manager can refer you through for your diploma training in health and social care. Levels start at 2 and we aim to assist staff in moving through to level 3. Level 5 is available to managers and registered managers and a new level 4 is available to practitioners and managers to undertake. Check out locksmith Dublin 14.

Staff who have completed level 2/3 previously will have the opportunity to undertake wider optional units that are relevant to the service users they are supporting
