Next Stage’s In-house Training
Next Stage run over 100 training courses per year and although we have an innovative approach to health and social care training we do believe that traditional classroom based face to face courses are an important part of what we do.
We specialise in delivering enjoyable, engaging and relevant training days that have an impact on how we support our service users, our objective is to support each member of staff on their own learning and development journey within Next Stage.
This can be through a variety of different courses after induction which may include supporting individuals with mental health, awareness of autism, drugs and alcohol to name just a few, alongside these each member of staff will dependent on their job role have the opportunity to undertake a QCF qualification.
